Professor Michael Stuckey is the Head of the School of Law at the University of New England (Australia).
Professor Stuckey’s research interests include Legal History and Property Rights, on which he has published numerous books, chapters and journal articles. He has presented, in his areas of expertise, many scholarly and legal papers at international conferences; and produced reports for governmental agencies. Professor Stuckey has worked as a solicitor and barrister in Australia, and as a university academic and executive in Australia and the United Kingdom, for over 25 years.
